@MitchGrafix if you're going to accuse someone of copyright infringement, you need to be specific about the design elements in question. Looking at this contest, the imagery is obvious. I don't see anything you have design specifically in someone else's work here. Can you explain?

Thank you Regal

Hey Mitchgrafix, I dont know if anyone told you...minor thing...There is no S in Hills. Its Morgan Hill, CA. I did the same exact thing. Just a little FYI for you. Good designs by the way.

Jerson I know, its just that some Designers see what the Contest Holders comments are to a Designer and take that information and put it in there designs. Our individual talents are tweaked by others.

MitchGrafix, Thanks that you took back what you said about my design. Even though my logo has similarities with other designs(since Ms. Carol suggested to have those), I tried to make sure it will have some original elements and ideas. I made the cowboy exclusively just for this contest.

Sorry NOT #65 I really wish they change the way this contest is design because, people take your ideals and implement them into there design. (e.g. #64 #61 #63 #62) A good solution to this problem is contestants not being able to see other contestants work until the end of the contest.

Thanks again everyone! Please keep in mind we are looking for a simple color scheme with a max of four colors. These will be silkscreened.

Regal, I liked the font on 24 and 25. I'm still trying to think of an alternate color for the "You won't find....at the beach" wording. Maybe leave 25 as is but only change that "shell" wording to the darker teal used in 29...

Carol, please disregard #24 and #25 I saw the font didn't look right when I uploaded. I used a different font and resubmitted. I hope you like this font better than the cursive.

Thanks for the new entries! I am still waiting for feed back from the business owner. Bliof's entries also remind me of the bottom of a shotgun shell.... http://media-2.web.britannica.com/eb-media/35/125035-004-DF0FBB08.jpg

Looking good you guys, I'm going to email this contest to others in the business to see what they like the most so far. Thank so much to everyone! Keep 'em coming.

Regal I like yours as well, could you make the circle look more like a clay target? And take out the sight in the middle... http://coyoteclays.com/logos/target.JPG And again please do not use images of paper targets or rifle sights, there is no rifle shooting at our range. Thanks again to CrissDesign. Anyway we could simplify the color scheme? I also really liked the color scheme in your first design, just the wrong type of animals. :)

Thanks for your entries so far! And yes, we don't want anything "cutesy". Keep in mind this clay target shooting so images of a paper target like shown on design #2 is not relevant to our business. We really do want both "Coyote Valley Sporting Clays" and "www.CoyoteClays.com" in there. CrissDesign, I like the design however our business simulates waterfowl, pheasant, and other bird hunting so pics of large game don't apply to the business much. Thanks again!

TUCKAgfx - they said they didn't want anything "cutesy"...that's not the name of their business!
